In order for you to import your current customers into Noomerik you'll need to make a request to your current provider.
The request is a very specific request in a very specific way. Our first example, since it’s the most common, will be how to make the request in Stripe:
You can watch THIS VIDEO as well, for additional help.
Go to https://support.stripe.com/questions/request-a-data-migration
Then click the link data migration request form
Stripe will ask you to sign in, if you aren’t already logged in.
Once signed in copy and paste the link above, https://support.stripe.com/questions/request-a-data-migration, back into the URL bar and hit enter.
Pick the account you want to request the migration from
In the next drop down pick Data Migrations
The next question is a Yes or No, pick Yes
Then pick Export data out of Stripe to a third party
In the next field ‘Which processor would you like to export data to?’ type in Ixopay or IXOPAY
Next choose Cards and ACH. Not everyone has ACH but request them if you do.
Next choose CSV (THIS PIECE IS VERY IMPORTANT)
Then choose Full export
In the “is there any other information…” field you want to provide Stripe with a PGP Key AND the public URL where they can find the PGP Key data.
Here’s that PGP Key: TokenEx_Public_Prod_PGP_key_4096.txt
Here’s the public URL for the PGP Key: https://documentation.ixopay.com/docs/reference/universal-tokens/batch-tokenization/public-pgp-keys#production-public-pgp-key
Then select the “I agree…” checkbox
Then hit the Send email button
Stripe will email you with a request for you to confirm request you made to migrate your customer data.
Forward that email to operations@noomerik.com so we can review and make sure the request has all of the correct information.
We’ll confirm the request OR mark changes that need to be made, then you’ll send that back to Stripe.
They will then export the data and put it in an email back to you.
It will look something like this:

You need to first know the steps the current provider requests you take, usually a google search will help you identify those steps.
You’ll need a PGP Key to give the current provider, this key secures the data out of their system and into Noomerik’s.
Here’s the PGP Key you’ll need to provide: TokenEx_Public_Prod_PGP_key_4096.txt
IF the current provider requests to know WHO you are migrating the data to the answer is:
IXOPAY
IXOPAY’s public URL for the PGP Key: https://documentation.ixopay.com/docs/reference/universal-tokens/batch-tokenization/public-pgp-keys#production-public-pgp-key
IF the current provider requests additional information, like PCI documents here is what you’ll provide to them so they can proceed:
The current provider should email you with a request for you to confirm the request you made to migrate your customer data.
IF they do please forward that email to operations@noomerik.com so we can review and make sure the request has all of the correct information.
We’ll confirm the request OR mark changes that need to be made, then you’ll send that back to the current provider.
They will then export the data and put it in an email back to you.
It will look something like this:
