Payment Data Migration

In order for you to import your current customers into Noomerik you'll need to make a request to your current provider.

The request is a very specific request in a very specific way. Our first example, since it’s the most common, will be how to make the request in Stripe:

  1. You can watch THIS VIDEO as well, for additional help.

  2. Go to https://support.stripe.com/questions/request-a-data-migration

  3. Then click the link data migration request form

  4. Stripe will ask you to sign in, if you aren’t already logged in.

  5. Once signed in copy and paste the link above, https://support.stripe.com/questions/request-a-data-migration, back into the URL bar and hit enter.

  6. Pick the account you want to request the migration from

  7. In the next drop down pick Data Migrations

  8. The next question is a Yes or No, pick Yes

  9. Then pick Export data out of Stripe to a third party

  10. In the next field ‘Which processor would you like to export data to?’ type in Ixopay or IXOPAY

  11. Next choose Cards and ACH. Not everyone has ACH but request them if you do.

  12. Next choose CSV (THIS PIECE IS VERY IMPORTANT)

  13. Then choose Full export

  14. In the “is there any other information…” field you want to provide Stripe with a PGP Key AND the public URL where they can find the PGP Key data.

    1. Here’s that PGP Key: TokenEx_Public_Prod_PGP_key_4096.txt

    2. Here’s the public URL for the PGP Key: https://documentation.ixopay.com/docs/reference/universal-tokens/batch-tokenization/public-pgp-keys#production-public-pgp-key

  15. Then select the “I agree…” checkbox

  16. Then hit the Send email button

Steps AFTER the Stripe request is made:

  1. Stripe will email you with a request for you to confirm request you made to migrate your customer data.

  2. Forward that email to operations@noomerik.com so we can review and make sure the request has all of the correct information.

  3. We’ll confirm the request OR mark changes that need to be made, then you’ll send that back to Stripe.

  4. They will then export the data and put it in an email back to you.

    1. It will look something like this:

We will then import it into Noomerik and let you know when the import is complete.

IF Stripe requests additional information, like PCI documents here is what you’ll provide to them so they can proceed:

Other Payment Providers

    1. Here’s the PGP Key you’ll need to provide: TokenEx_Public_Prod_PGP_key_4096.txt

  3. IF the current provider requests to know WHO you are migrating the data to the answer is:

    1. IXOPAY

    2. IXOPAY’s public URL for the PGP Key: https://documentation.ixopay.com/docs/reference/universal-tokens/batch-tokenization/public-pgp-keys#production-public-pgp-key

  2. IF they do please forward that email to operations@noomerik.com so we can review and make sure the request has all of the correct information.

  3. We’ll confirm the request OR mark changes that need to be made, then you’ll send that back to the current provider.
